I wasn't sure it would be effective but thought I could return it if that was the case. Well, I will not be returning it!
Upon first use it gave me instant relief. I had surgery on my 3rd metatarsal last year and have been going for regular physio, supplemented by Reflexology, which is becoming very costly. This device provides the same relief, meaning I can reduce those appointment and get the same benefit from the comfort of my own home. I have used it during work to help me through a stressful day, without any disruption to my schedule, as well as moving it to my sofa, where I've enjoyed the benefits after work.

I’ve wanted one of these for years and never thought it would be worth it or even affordable. I’m a bartender at a busy bar and am constantly running around for upwards of 12-14 hours at a time and have plenty of foot and knee issues because of this. I did a lot of research before purchasing this and I ultimately chose this one because of the good reviews but especially because of the compression feature. It’s like a tight hug for your feet when the only remedy is squeezing the life out of your muscles. I have plantar fasciitis and this is the only thing I’ve found that has helped it. I look forward to using this after every shift and it’s one of the best investments.
